Proud Makassed Moments – UNESCO & TechGirls

Congratulations to Lea Al Hoss of Makassed Omar Ben El Khattab College for earning an Honorable Mention at the Worldwide UNESCO Youth Multimedia Competition in the United States — representing Lebanon with creativity and excellence.

We are equally proud of Shahed Awala and Tala Tellawi, selected for the TechGirls 2025 program. Their journey across Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Ohio included cultural exchange and intensive technology and leadership workshops with peers from around the world.
