Please gather the documents below according to the student’s nationality before submitting your application.
Lebanese students
Required documents
- Completed and signed Application
- Four passport photos / six passport photos for preschool students.
- A copy of the student’s grades-list for the last two academic years.
- Official statement of the completion of the last academic year certified by the Ministry of Education.
- Individual Civil-Registry Record for the student.
- A copy of the family Civil-Registry
- Medical certificate with a copy of the vaccination and health
- Copy of the Brevet Certificate for secondary students certified by the Ministry of Education.
Non-Lebanese students
Required documents
- Completed and signed Application
- Four passport photos / six passport photos for preschool students.
- A copy of the student’s grade-list for the last two academic years.
- A copy of the student’s
- Individual Civil-Registry Record for the student.
- A copy of the student’s grade-level equivalence testimony to peruse education in the foreign program-certified by the Ministry of Education in Lebanon. (To acquire this equivalence, statements of “passed successfully” and the last three years’ grade-lists should be submitted).
- Documents accounted by the Lebanese Ministry / Consulate in the student’s home or residence country.
