At OBK, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) ensure that all OBK team is operating based on a formalized coordinated process. The SOP guide is a reference for all instructional and non-instructional staff members. It aims to maximize productivity, achieve efficiency, reduce errors and ensure uniformity of performance.

Our policies and procedures are implemented, monitored, evaluated and adjusted continuously based on SOP revision policy by the Education Office at Makassed.
